I am a postdoctoral researcher in economics at the Computational Social Sciences and Humanities Laboratory of the Barcelona Supercomputing Center (BSC). I hold a PhD in Economics from the University of Padova and a PhD in Sociology from the Autonomous University of Barcelona.
I am interested in labour markets, public policy, and methods. My research is focused on the application of causal inference and machine learning to the analysis of labour market policies and industrial policies. I have taught data analysis courses using R.

- 20/04/26: Our paper “Innovation in the design of labour market policies: new evidence with deep learning” will be presented at the XVIII Conference on Labour Economics.
- 05/02/26: Our project “AI4SOCIAL+: AI Readiness for Social Impact” has been selected for funding from the European Commission (€7.4 M). I will work on Use Case 1 (AI for Job Trajectories).

- 05/11/25: Our project “Strategies for Human capital Advancement and Productive Employment” (SHAPE) has been awarded funding from the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities (Government of Spain).
